You are a symptom of the disease that is Shire. You like other recent B&L rejects, have the "blame the victim" game down to a science. The Karma will come when the train ride stops and that maniac VP has nowhere to bring her shitty followers to. You and all your friends with no skills will be looking for something that doesn't exist because that style of Pharma is long dead. But in the meantime, have a great selling day!

 

The company did not rule out the candidates they were interested in hiring. They made other arrangement for thpse candidates to interview. The process was set up this way for a reason. For those who were good candidates, Shire could conduct three interviews with them in 1 day. They could hire for several territories at once. Most companies do the same when starting an entire new division. Every interview is a crap shoot dear. They cannot hire everyone but must interview several candidates for every position. Two thirds of candidates were made an offer. You have a lot to learn.

 

I would wish you a great selling day but we know you are the troll that lives in mommy's basement. Please try to look for work today. Maybe, Mickey Ds is hiring.

 

Big picture is you are not getting the best candidates with this process but rather mostly desperate ones.

 

The company only hurts itself with these style interviews. Wham, bam hiring ranks about Grade D- among interview styles. Recruiters cringe at the thought of these. They know they're quick and lacking. Ask around. As for the ones who couldnt make it did they really get another arrangement offered to them?

 

Or did they really have a chance?

 

Yes they are antiquated and unprofessional at best. I would think they would have been offered another day or time? I know I was given a few options and made it work with my schedule. Still just sounds like you're a little butthurt about the situation. Is this job ideal? No. Is it easy? Yes. Am I still keeping my options open? Yes.

 

If you don't have a day to invest in your future you have more problems than you think.

 

The funny thing is you think you were the best candidate. If you were, a time would have been made to accommodate you. You are not the legend you think you are. It happens. Move on.

 

Many of those hired were chosen in advance, sweetheart. The interview process was required. Pretty sure we all agree that you were not given an alternative time to interview because we were NOT interested in you.

 

Actually, I am! Listen numbnuts, I was involved in the interview cattle calls and not as an interviewee, I'm higher up the food chain here........catch my drift? The talent there was mediocre at best and when that rare jewel would surface, there was some 3rd rate B&L suck up blocking the way. RDs are making offers because it''s "what KK wants!" And no one wants to see her throw a hissy fit (although it's quite amusing when things don't go her way, lol).

I have had long standing recruiters with whom I have a decent relationship with ask me "WTF is happening over at Shire?" One even told me he won't send his best ones because he'll never get referrals again. The whole system sucks and the people running the show are too fucking dumb to realize it.
