Can someone tell me the real story behind the territory and management? Seems the position was only held 1 year before open again. I am not sure if I want to proceed even after the offer.

Can you elaborate? New poster here also interested in a position in the NE. Manager seems cool. Great salary. New product on the horizon SUN-101. What gives?

You do not want to join the respiratory division. It's a wreck. No clear direction and no real understanding of how to strategize. I've never experienced such complete dysfunction and lack of leadership.

The division has gone to hell since they hired Chuck and fired Carbone

Ask to speak with some other reps on the mgrs team - both high performing and low performing.

Have fun selling Sun-101. The old Smoke n Mirrors trick is being played again. Now somebody do me a favor and hit the music (Barnum n Baileys theme song plays in the background)

I agree. Talk to the manager's reps.

There are 2 positions open in NE Ohio. Are they the same manager?

If its respiratory, yes same manager. Heard that the manager for that area is awesome.

To the original poster. Go with your gut on how things don't quite add up for you. Like you said the position reposted after 1 yr. There is also another Ohio opening on the same team.

I wouldn't leave your current employer. If unemployed, possibly.
