Why are we biding on Baxalta if we are trying to be bought out ourselves? That seems to have the opposite result usually and I thought it was a tactic used by a company facing a hostile takeover? Didn't Baxalta just recently try that but it fell through?
Because we cannot grow the way FO promised without buying more products, or escape blame by getting bought. Our market growth is driven by prices, R&D hasn't given us anything past BED, and we need to hire more people so we can fire them.
