Imminent Biotronik Recall?

this is a long way down the line, i have had a biotronik since 2006 but after replacement in 2012, i have only had inapproiate shocks, lead replacement and then more inapproiate shocks, adjustments to threshhold untill device is nearly off. i have a hurt neck and back from hitting bedboard with head due to inapproiate shock at 2 am while asleep, biotroniks doctor said he would remove device if i would sign papers first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
