I have an oncology interview

Does anyone know why the DM position for LA is STILL posted and the AZ/NM position reposted? With such a critical launch it seems foolish to leave these positions vacant.

 

Maybe no one wants the jod...Duh.

What is the avg base salary for ONC dividion? Think I undersold by saying minimum of $85K when what I'm really looking for is $90Ks based on 12+ yrs experience . Never sold in a POD before so that will be so weird if I do get an offer because I'm having to give all of my examples formatted to show that I work well in that kind of environment. I just want to know what the comp package is realistically with base plus bonus.... Do most reps hit their target bonus selling in a 5 person POD? HOW MANY REPS DOES IT TAKE TO SCREW IN A LIGHT BULB?? SAME NUMBER AS IT TAKES TO SELL IN A POD MODEL FOR ONC DIVISION AT BMS....

 

You are way out of your league, especially if you are getting that little for base. Enjoy the POD
