Can't say - she will work out who I am. Not in Sales - allied R&D function Everyone else who spoke out were lied about , HR involved and had to leave or were let go. Yet we hear we are assessed 50% against behaviours - how come that doesnt apply to EDs and above?
HR if you truely want to engage staff run anonymous 360s on ALL EDs and then act on the feedback - but I think staff engagement is just another catch phrase that means exactly nothing
