I will as soon as my my last LTI vests. Haven't you noticed that junior that that's when people leave or start looking? The obu is a mess and people are leaving left and right.

 

the pipeline sucks, products that were launched in the past couple of years-suck, too many reps in each business unit which sucks, contract reps-suck, no accountability, big pharma culture AND the worst senior leadership in the industry..just to name a few
