Total clusterfu*k. Whoever decided to do this should spend eternity creating an apology video. The money and time wasted on training and calls and problems and re-dos is ridiculous. in the end I know a lot of regions had meetings to use the tool when they could have just had meetings to do the validations live. Stupidity. Now I hear the dipshit is trying to justify by looking to create other places to use it. like video role plays.
