hey, look at the Acelity 10-k under SEC.gov for Centaur Guernsey. HR guy Kayata offer letter "Make-whole" bonus was $850,000!!!! They continue to under pay us, lay people off and they are doing this???!!!! What a joke and what has he done for us???
