We spend a fair amount of time talking about the attrition in sales of TMV/TSV's. It seems to me the percentage of AVP's and DM's is even higher. JS (or "the invisible man" as we called him) makes the 4th AVP in R6 in 2 years. It seems the life expectancy of these guys is very short And to make matters worse, I hear the DM of set the standard for turnover is going to be the next AVP. If that happens we will have people interviewing for other jobs while they are at training
Hilarious - JS grilled candidates about commitment to KCI... interview process took months for territory sales and district manager candidates, because he was so concerned with everyone's commitment and finding the right fit for the company.
