Hostile work environment

    What is considered hostile work environment ? Is peer bullying /attitude considered ? Bad Behaviours without any right ups ? Emotional distress? And if so , how do we address with a big company like this when local mange meant ignores it makes excuses ?

    It sucks. We validate your experiences.

    Unfortunately, the only power you have is to look for another job. Management always gets the benefit of the doubt over reps.

    You could get a lawyer to fight this also.

    Good luck calling anything into the hotline or human resources. They don't care. They validate anything for numbers. A CTC in WV slept with doctors for referrals and got a slap on the wrist. I know of seven great employees who quit over her but upper management chose to protect her. Talk about Medicare fraud and ethics!

    Why would you quit your job because a fellow employee is sleeping with referral sources? What does that have to do with anyone but she or he and the referral sources they are involved with?

    Because it sets the tone for corruption and BS and a culture that if F'ed up.

    It is like dating a person that drinks everyday. You can tell a lot about their character on that alone, or that they have a serious problem. Sure, they think their drinking is only hurting themselves, but if they are married or have children, their drinking will impact them as well, because it creates an environment that is unstable.
