I don't know how long Smoley can hold on. I can't think of a single success he's had while in charge, while there are a host of failures. He's already had one org collapse due to picking a bad mgmt team, the brands have written off IT and go directly to their agencies, DS's shadow IT org is the only ones delivering anything, IT problems got escalated to the global scorecard, 50% dissatisfaction rate in Pulse surveys, and they keep hatcheting staff trying to cut cost while not reducing demand at all.

 

He's here for at least another 18 months. Then a soft landing in the sunny bay....
