What's everyone hearing? More, smaller territories? More Area Managers? Should be interesting. Stay tuned. No headcount reduction so relax.

We have no consideration for the medical offices! How many Hem/Onc's do we have now?! We can't even get into most of our offices w/out lunches and those are getting more limited! Just wait and we will see offices limiting the amount of Novartis lunches get scheduled!!

What a joke, need smaller territories with less reps!

And how precisely, can you have both less reps and smaller territories?

    Are you optimized?

Take current territories, make them smaller therefore increasing the number of territories. Take the new number or territories divided by the current number of reps and viola, smaller territories with fewer reps per office. Moron.

Sounds like the current state of the other divisions.

Yep ! So ridiculous ... Let's go back to what we were doing years ago ... Let's NOT acknowledge that healthcare has changed ... Let's not take into consideration WHY offices shut down ... Hey why not figure out a NEW solution ... Oh right I forgot management is not capable of that .

Same story every division, every inch of the organization. Pitiful disaster

How do you increase the number of territories without increasing the number of reps?
Let's say there are 50 territories and 50 reps, 1 rep per territory... And now you make the territories smaller by increasing the number of territories, let's say from 50 to 60. How do 50 reps cover 60 territories?

Well, hello, VIOLA, and their math just works for them!
You make too much sense for the average disgruntled person

Fewer reps per territory. It's not that hard to understand. Instead of having multiple reps calling on the same doctor make the geographies/target lists smaller and only have 1 rep per territory.
