I am currently with a bio company selling an injectable and am interested in the Gyn opening in Orlando. Total comp plan is $170K plus stock and great benefits. Excellent company but not much chance to make more money. So, I am wondering if this position with BS would be a good move for my career. Still have 20 years left to work and don't really want to deal with the BS of becoming a manager and babysitting. What is this division like? What is the comp plan like.
