Reading comprehension not your strength there, eh skippy? All RTP buildings to be sold. GSK will lease back a few short term until it shutters everything in RTP... RTP is done. Stick a fork in it. It doesn't matter if the Philly sites are worthless and incompetent, they will benefit--just not as much as the UK. Andrew and Moncef's legacy.

My Gosh Sparky, calm down......try a Paxil or something. Who would want to live in Philthydelphia vs. NC...................just look at all who stayed or retired early here.

Coupon Jack has assured everyone that our heritage runs deep, but isn't a building.

you act as if this is something unusual or unique about RTP. If leasing property versus owning was an indication that a site was being shut down, then you better worry about Philly as the property there is leased.

People don't understand that this is part of sir Andrews high volume strategy. All the big players in pharma will be playing catch up in a few years. Witty is the Nostradamus of pharma and that's sir to all of you pesants on this board.

Selling the property off to pay the dividend? Sounds like a Martin Skreli move

Just for your information they are having a hard time selling the buildings in RTP! NC is very disappointed in GSK and the lack of respect they have for their employees, in addition people in general do not want to purchase anything GSK due to all the lay off's.

Leased-back buildings will have new gated parking for a fee. Bathroom stalls as well.

I thought it was going to be remote parking with shuttles to the camps? i.e., no onsite parking at all.
