Between the calibrations/ratings, shipping samples to our offices, hiring more inventiv reps, tasks that are secretly rated and ranked...this company is horrible at being transparent with their employees. Why do they advertise this as one of their core values when they do not practice this at all?

This is one of the core issues that hurts the company. We have many legal things cloaked that protects GSK and the hidden helps keep this control, most of us have little understanding and courage to challenge what the correct legal ways we should conduct our business. GSK does a great job of hiding things and contorting legal agreements.

They discourage sharing of ratings or letting anyone inside the caliberation meetings. The SE coaches are even prepped on how to rate reps, this is the biggest secret right now.

Another hidden secret is when anyone leaves the company they offer a Non Disclosure agreement and a large sum of money to go away. That's how they avoid multiple lawsuits.

Not matter how you might be rated, you will still whine and complain. Therefore, why should the company say anything?

Why don't you just move on to some place else and save us all from your non-stop complaints.

Even on other boards GSK failed model gets mentioned. Transparency would lead to reality based treatment.

Wondered when you would open your big mouth. Why don't you let people discuss issues that have huge impact on their income and career? If not STFU

Why don't you just quit, you little crybaby. You spend 80% of your time complaining on this board. If spent that time focused on your job, doing what you are paid to be doing, you would be worried about your poor rating.

Corporate defenders aren't happy exposing this charade. The moving goal posts here and the kool aid drinkers that believe in them here are always funny.

Crybabies make up stories about mythical corporate defenders and kook aid drinkers as they want to divert attention away from their own failures.

Any thread that has remotely anything truthfully negative about GSK the sparky guy and the "tough"crybaby guy comes out. Rinse and repeat. Same tired insults that no one takes serious.
