This is a pure act of desperation to raise short term cash and cut operating costs. But make no mistake, it is an act of desperation when you begin selling brick and mortar to increase revenue. Once it is gone, it is gone. States tried the same thing by selling prisons and toll roads. This turns HQ into a shorter term proposition like a contract sales force, they can break the lease and walk away anytime they want. If I worked in HQ, I would definitely get my resume in order.
