Years ago, we had small meetings every 2 months and in between the manager would call ahead and spend a day with you, mostly chat and lunch.....then a great steak dinner with wife included ! It kept you in touch with reality, and also made you feel good.........you were trusted and you knew you were the one person in charge of your territory !

 

Yeah, there's one for the nostalgia file. Now there are Anoro field teams coordinating with CVMU field team overlaps, but wait! Add InVentive Anoro team overlaps that do not mirror any other territory! When the weasel FLL is asked how we try to not interfere with each other's access, the solution is "you need to be expert communicators"! Can't make this crap up, gsk-reality far exceeds any crazy mindf--k fiction that might be dreamt up.
