Ha ha ha true. I hear more about raw calls per day, rep triggers and expense report metrics than sales results. Then your managers ass is covered. This is not a sales organization but a TPS Report organization. BMS- do your admin and we don't even care if your sales are any good. Forgive me, not sales but share growth. This place is a crock. A territory can sell 200k in product but have a better market share and win best performers over a territory that sells 30M in product. Only the wimps will stay. (Interviewing)
