Entresto Rep expansion

  1. Seriously ? We don't need more people. We barely have enough customers on our target list right now. I have 92 customers (9 tier 1s. 6 of them are PCPs, not cards) Adding potentially 3 more people to each territory it's going to be a nightmare.

    Meanwhile in the real world, patients are still paying $150 copays. Access remains an issue. Instead of wasting money and resources on 2 more sales forces, use the money to give better rebates and access for patients.

    Share of voice is not the answer.

    Big pharma's answer to every dog of a drug....throw more reps at it, then downsize.
    None of the people responsible for putting such high hopes on this loser semi- generic drug will ever admit its a mistake.

    This is a complete waste of money. PC nowhere ready for this drug. Is everyone in leadership a moron? If they actually asked the field reps we could have told them to spend their money on market access not more sales people tripping over each other.

    What a shit show...not only expanding but going deep into PCPs and using PDI, a crummy rent a rep outfit. A couple of years ago NVS fired all the strong CV reps and what was left was shit. This shit along w even worst shit for brains upper management has resulted in a horrible lunch and a truly bad "tomorrow" joke of a campaign. Can u imagine how much of a cluster this thing will be be?? u will be told that the entire future of the company is on your shoulders... there will be incredible pressure. no thanks NVS

    As a former Novartian, I feel really bad for all of you! There's one thing that remains constant at Novartis over the long number of years I was with this company. They simply do not listen to their people, and unfortunately they never will. All of you deserve better. Hang in there...

    What a mess . Floored when I heard expansion much less how many. We had cv specialists before and SOC's . It did. It work ... They were the first to go ! Why we still have hospital reps is still a mystery . I don't understand how the same mistakes can be made over and over ... It's crazy .

    I can't believe we are co-promoting Daiichi sankyo. That's just disgusting. They have the worst reputations in town.

    May as well be, that's where most of the new hires got fired from and were hired over to Novartis.

    We were wondering what the break out rooms will look like in Orlando? Where the HELL do we go? New district, new region, old district, old region.......why are we having a meeting two weeks before all of this gets "rolled out"? We definitely DO NO need more reps. Heck, my overlay is constantly trying to justify his existence - even those positions were not necessary.
