what is the purpose of taking away our "field" email? To further confuse our customers who have already been confused enough by this merger? To make Vistaprint more money when we have to order new cards? To further the burdens already being added to the reps on a daily basis? Legal? WTF?
I have tried my best to be positive about the changes and have been a cheerleader hoping things would get better during the past 18 months but this is the worst! I've been here for 20 yrs and it's time to be a realist and admit it sucks here and is getting worse.
