Really. Pay attention to the announcements about people taking early retirement. That is all smoke and mirrors and part of Phase I of the massive layoffs to come.
If you have been in contract sales for more than 10 years and are over the age of 50, then you are seen as a road block for saving younger employees with more potential for advancement. If you were seen as having high potential then you would have been promoted by now. Pascal wants to shake things up. AZ needs place holders for their young stars. I can't believe they are looking at managed markets positions but that just shows the level of desperation.
