I do not buy that she is resigning for family reasons and then she's going to join another pharmaceutical company with a lower position in that company does not make sense and then our compliance officer re-signs today as well weird coincidence

 

Maybe she had two bad quarters in a row...

To me there is nothing funny about DP or how Avanir was run... But this quote did make me laugh.

It's likely that Denise just felt like a lot of others did. The eroding of a culture that was about serving others into what it is now. Sell at all costs, no matter who gets screwed in the end.

This is the best thread ever! DP left because she had two bad quarters in a row! Did anyone else notice SK and MM were not friendly at the launch? SK mocking MM on stage was epic!
So much to discuss at Avanir. Also, where is my bonus check?

 

Any idea of what will be happening in the near future? I've noticed coroporate leadership departures and reshuffling as well as mid level management and some reps leaving as well.

 

Well, 16 reps and managers left last month to go to Acadia.
Then DP & our head of compliance left last week.
But DP only left cause she wants to spend more time with her family ,

 

When will NL leave (RBM) out of KC? She's awful. Most of the Management team thinks she's a "joke" and she has no idea what she is doing on the Managed Care side. She has brought no value to most of us in this district! Forced former reps to sell "off label" and current team stressed under her!

 

Did anyone here where DP land. It was mentioned she was going to a start company?

not likely. acadia will be bought in the next 6 months. they have been trying to sell the company for a while now.

 

Head of finance left last week
