CV Division Dysfunction: What's really going on here?

Is it just me, or is this a complete disorganized mess with no direction whatsoever? Reorg again? Layoffs? Something else? There is obviously something going on that they are keeping close to the vest here. Very unsettling to say the least.

 

im not sure what is going on, but it appears that there are still many vacancies at rep and ABL Level. I would say, they may have realized that the expansion was a big mistake and we are on our way to another reorg. This is mere speculation, on my part, but I've been around long enough that when there is a lack of communication, something is up.

 

Agree 100% . Question is what are they going to do and how will they fix it . Id like to know what's really going on as well. Sad part is reps will pay the price. You cannot just blame them when the entire company is behind . The problem
Is bigger then who can sell and who cannot . The last thing this drug needs is another distraction but I guess it's to late for that !
