Does anyone have any experience working for Crosslink? I am currently interviewing for an associate sales role in trauma. I'm hoping to gain insight on management, support infrastructure, and corporate culture. I've read some negative comments on Crosslink from years ago but I'm interested in hearing if things have changed or not.
Same company. They are over $500 million in sales and own you. If you are on the bottom looking up, you will never be able to have the success that you have heard of. Take the job, learn the business, and leave in 24 months.
Please don't listen to this poster. Like any sales job if you work hard, have a positive attitude and are a team player you will be successful. Of course you must be able to sell too. Stryker promotes performers and Crosslink is no different. You have a great opportunity. Best of luck.
They hire shitty reps who have been fired from other companies. Train them to lie, cheat and steal. The nurses, surgeons and staff have zero respect for them. Jump right in if you're a good fit .....
They'll teach you the ropes. Be humble and be ready to work hard. If the idea of calling on surgeons and selling to them terrifies you after a year, move on. Crosslink will keep you an ASR at $50k for as long as they can, but learn Ortho trauma, joints, foot and ankle, and sports while you are there and try to build as many relationships as possible. Put in 2 years as the trauma rep and then bounce to another company. Good luck.
?? I thought JW was the only banned Stryker rep ---of course they hired him after he was banned.....brilliant move
