condoning bad behavior

I normally don't complain. I work hard, do the right thing, and try to mind my own business. This company is the most corrupt company that I have ever worked for. I have never seen such extreme favoritism/nepotism. It is not about how hard and smart you work, it is who you know, and how you can lie and cheat and get away with it! What a shame, because there are SOME good people here. It is like working in the wild wild West!
