Sure is spooky quiet here. Everybody happy with GE running the show? Don't worry, be happy. At least Clarient has something almost none of these other labs have (except maybe Labcorp), MONEY!!!! It ain't everything, but a lot of owners of the other loser labs here are slobbering all over themselves with envy. ROCK ON!!!

Genoptix pulled AQUA test for HER2 due to block processing issues and test validity. Corporate knew about it in 2012 but continued to push testing. The new strategy will be to blame the hospitals processing protocol. An f' you to an unethical company.

With the CMS cuts that were just published for 2014, GE has been speaking with Abbott about buying their Clarient Division.

 

And Abbot is thinking about buy the cancer diagnostics of Neogenomics too?

 

Abbott is thinking of doing neither of those things.........own most the probes, higher margin when cuts come, let others die on the vine - then pick them up for pennies if they want.
