Has anyone heard if there is any talk about giving us that week off between Christmas and New Years? If so, I hope something is announced soon. I think we are one of the few pharma companies that don't give this time off to their employee's.

Oh you poor baby! It's not fair...other companies get this time off and we don't. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. It's just not fair. Either save vacation for this period of time or just fudge it. What the hell is wrong with you?

Employee relations will give you more than Christmas off. They live to can people before the holidays.

Wonder how much employee relations has cost AZ stockholders over the last decade?

Anything Human Resources touches will eventually turn to shit. They operate with the same type of people and ideology as the Obama Administration. A bunch of college professors with little or no real world experience trying to create a happy face while eliminating and attacking anyone who disagrees with them.

Here is a list of those favored by AZ human resources in no particular order. They promote diversity so long as you don't disagree with them: here is the list of favorites women, minorities of color, and gays. Here is the list that will doom you: male, white, and vocal against or even asking a question about why we are wasting our time and company money on their worthless diversity training programs.

AZ claiming to be a champion for diversity is like saying AZ is all about Patient Health Care first.
They hide behind their h.r. programs to indicate that they stand for diversity. But we all know that they may hire minorities and may even allow a few to reach upper middle management or give them a fancy title and nice office but will never allow them into positions that could make real decisions that might challenge the status quo that protects the senior leader's positions in this company. H.R. has been the one place full of diverse employees because they have zero power and are there strictly to march to leaderships wishes and desires. It is all a phony facade.

I've got an amazing solution to your "complaint"! Why now hire the BEST person for the job, regardless of color? It's all very simple. Yet, the diversity crowd wants "extra credit" so to speak, when applying for jobs, to the point that if the candidate is black, they should get the job over a more qualified white, Latino, Asian, etc. Give one logical reason a less qualified person of any color should get preferential treatment? Just one!

Haven't you been paying attention during any of our numerous diversity training programs?
The mantra has always been that having a more diverse company leads to greater ideas and greater success. The problem at AZ is that they confuse diversity of thought, culture and background with skin color and personal appearance. If you close your eyes and just listen to conversation, input and ideas at our meetings; can you tell what color the speaker is?
AZ hires minorities that act, speak and think more white than our mostly white leadership.
Minorities learn the AZ game very well. You have to out white whitey.
