There was an account manager in the southeast that turned in brothers for cheating on their tests. No investigation, they were fired.

So how do you explain that a huge percentage of employees that were forced out of positions they had occupied for decades due to low performance scores on tests and other evaluation procedures that consisted of massive cheating and fraud. We all know that clinical trials with just a fraction of bias and/or error makes the outcome moot. So all evaluations should have been deemed worthless and GSK should of faced a class action suit. Oh wait seems someone brought this topic up many times and encouraged reps to file a complaint with the EEOC only to be ridiculed.fuGSKi

Bottom line, if a person won winners circle during the "testing years", they cheated! No axe to grind and no sour grapes. Just the truth! Those exams were incredibly difficult. They were designed to be difficult. Yes, you had to have your "COTs" checked as well, but the testing had to be perfect. If the tests were to be audited, they would find that the exams of individuals who went to winners circle were achieving 100%. A timed exam and simulation that were designed to NOT be completed were done so and with a perfect score. Hmmmm. Look, we all know people cheated and GSK knows. At a time when honesty and integrity were a part of the company's core and pillars of excellence. They embraced unethical behavior. Shocking? Hell no! This is GSK. If you aint cheating you aint trying! ...and I am GSK...LMAO!!

Exactly. In my division the top 10 in my area stayed close to the same every year during sims and assessments. It still amazes me to know that no one was ever given test scores or told what they didn't answer correctly. Who else does something like that?

GSK and integrity shouldn't be in the same paragraph.

To Post #38. Really? You think people who are saying that cheating went on are disgruntled? Really? Cheating was rampant! How can you look in the mirror and pretend like it didn't happen? Who are you? O.J. Simpson? At least be honest and say something like, "yes, cheating took place and those individuals were smart to do it. They made more money, got promotions and won winners circle. Good for them"! I could at least respect your point of view. Cheating went on. People were placed on PIPs who did not cheat. Some lost their jobs.
GSK has some of the most unethical individuals working here. Mostly cultivated by a SmithKline culture. I state the facts. Anyone with half a brain knows this.
