    Has anybody ever heard of this company?

    1099 commission only -- compounding pharmacy based out of Hammond, LA.

    Not familiar with that one but compounding pharmacies are making a comeback in my state (CA) - especially in hormone replacement products. The trick is to get their products approved by the insurance companies.
