Carl Icahn targeting Amgen?

I read an article that quoted Kevin Sharer who said the he was going to resign IN the next few years. This is the first time I have ever heard him say that, any thoughts.

 

Mandatory retirement for employees is 65 years old (Kevin is an employee.) That means Mr. Sharer will step down as the CEO, out of work, in a year and a half. Yes, there is a future. Let it be positive!
