Ok, in summary, you are saying that the specialists that reps can physically see and talk to are not using our products. The specialists that refuse to see reps are one of the top divisions in the company.
No see docs- use our products
    Accessible docs- don't
Goes to show that we don't need reps... They make no impact... Period.

An idiot. If you think the only way to drive sales is to see the doctor then you're, for sure, an idiot.

So why do you need reps? Let's face it, you are not driving that many sales by talking to nurses and receptionists on every 4/5th call.

Hmmm, where have I heard this before - "We are no longer interetsed in Cardiology research and therefore will stop calling on Cardiologists after Lipitor goes off patent." Oh wait dumb ass, we have Eliquis in 2012!!! Ok, lets bring in Steere reps who had NO relationships with Cardiology and launch a new drug to? wait for it . . . . Cardiologists!!! And have the DMT tell us in the 1st year that Primary Care will be responsible for the bulk of your scripts.
    Classic Pfizer Horse Shit!!!

U sound like the republican. in fact it sounds like ur the love child of your father/sister relationship.
Dig this puppy nuts, the point is management cant get it right. they HAVE NOT demonstrated the skills to properly forecast success or cost benefit.
These idiots NEED to be replaced. pfizer needs real leadership with a feasible vision.
I dont know how else to dumb it down....get it?

Fast Freddie Hassan is now on the BOD for Amgen. How long will they remain an independent company? I give them 18 months. We need more corporate regulation, not less, also public disclosure of CEO salaries vs. the wages of the people who do the actual work.

Just in, the plan for women's health is the following; 50% reduction with huge territories to follow. One year opportunity to show growth, if not, will be relegated to multi/level marketing and some contract sales. This is straight from the top. I wish you all much luck because no matter what happens this division will be sold off within 3 years.

And ironically his puppet,Brent Saunders brought up the fact that"maybe" allergen would seek out a company like Amgen...that's no coincidence.

Almost everyone on our team has checked out. All are looking for placement in other jobs because we all know this division is toast in a year. Even the managers across the board are done. Its a really pathetic situation. Thanks Pfizer!

This whole thing was decided within 6 months of launch of Duavee.( why do you think Ormsbee left) Be happy you got this much time. Remember this as well, the women's health group will not exist as a viable entity in 2017. Pfizer will disassemble this group and a contract field force will be put in its place. Think about it folks, it makes no sense to pay your salaries when this can be done in a much less expensive way. If you are smart you will latch on to another opportunity within the company because you will be in the same situation next year but it will be worse. I'm telling you this because I know and I hope you will listen.

I heard Women's Health will only be the first wave of reps moved to GEP. Currently GEP makes over 50% of the revenue for Pfizer. We also know that 80% of drugs prescribed today are generic. Makes sense to compete in the generic market. My guess is some of cluster 1 will move over to GEP in the next year or two. Viagra goes in 2017 and lyrica a year or so after that.

Please be aware that cuts will amount to a minimum of 30% and in large urban areas between 50 and 60%. Cuts will be deep so please do not listen to the bs DM's are feeding you or to the same bs heard on conference calls by special interest groups. Find a place in the company before its too late.

    Consider yourselves warned!
I don't know the exact numbers or %. Be advised it won't b womens health only.
Upper mgt is considering other products life cycle.
Roll out of women health cuts & other cuts are being discussed now.
Do they cut womens health only? do they cut SOME others noe to blunt future cuts because of life cycle? How many cuts? how deep? Over what time frame?
PRIORITY - scale, scale, scale & maximize returns.
I'm in HQ and have been in parts of the discussions.
    Please believe.
