Back to the future! BMS paying off hospitals in China to drive business!

"Chinese sales representatives at BMS China, the Chinese joint venture that is majority-owned by Bristol-Myers, paid bribes — including cash, jewelry, meals, travel, entertainment, sponsorships and other gifts — to health care providers between 2009 and 2014 to generate more sales. And Bristol-Myers Squibb "failed to respond effectively to red flags" indicating such practices, the SEC said."

Cornelius, Lamberto and other execs should have to pay this 14 million dollar fine, not the corporation, which just passes the cost on to patients. These theiving bastards should be held accountable.

I wonder if the Chinese had a Wilt Woggans stupid enough to record all the illegal activities in their ADVANCE Workbook - Mandarin version?

    Crooked bastards. All of them.

Yet again the shareholders pick up the tab. Remember the Deferred Prosecution Agreement 2005 I think it was, the shareholders picked up the tab then too.

This latest criminal activity just proves that BMS will fuck patients and shareholders every time for executive bonuses. Where the hell is the Board of Directors on all this ? Sitting at fancy meeting tables with their thumb up their asses?

This 14 mill should be paid by the current and last two CEOs', after all it's just pocket change to them.

    The BOD is feckless.
