Big layoffs coming. JH is getting what he wants, more control and BH is to blinded by his ignorance to see how bad this is for the company. JH is a terrible leader and people have told BH how much they dont trust and dont like JH but he wont listen. who know what JH has on BH. BH is never in the office and has no idea what is going on. this place is falling apart. send your emails to germany and tell them how bad this place is so they can come see for themselves and save us. BH has run us into the ground which is why we have to layoff so many good people again.save us

A few years ago Merz was a great place - people were valued and felt valued. Now it's just a place to get a paycheck. It's so sad and despite trying, there isn't one thing we can do about it. Senior management constantly laying blame on external factors or others. Best people made to leave the organization as they are a threat to the incompetent leadership of BH, MM and JH. Truth they're so self absorbed and worried about their own jobs that they have not lead a damned thing. Lots of talk about leadership but they've let us all down. The blame lies at the top. Where is your leadership BH, MM, JH???? No one likes you, no one respects you, no one wants you around.

Overheads are too high, sales targets never reached. Major layoffs are coming. Sad but reality.

Don't forget to switch the light off why you are the last ones to leave.
