BEAT and LIFE ... a match made in heaven?

    LIFE is for sale, management to solicit additional offers. They are shopping it around. BEAT could buy cheap, fire 50% of combined sales force, close down call centers, huge synergies.

    Thoughts?

    Look at their track record over the years - They have purchased many falling companies along with small competitors. It wouldn't shock anyone if a offer had been or will be made but also heard from TS that ML is considering purchase to solidify market position. Rather than buying your neighbors junk, how about purchasing equipment for existing sales force? How about allowing practices to use signature product vs. inferior events?
