Background checks for acquisitions?

    What is the background check process when Stryker gains new employees through acquisition of the person's current employer? Is it the same as for brand new hires, pee tests & all? What if the new hire lives in a state where marijuana is legal?

Relax Jessie Pinkman, Stryker only pulls blood samples to confirm each rep has HGH, anabolic steroids, insulin, and diuretics in their system. These promote maximum gains in the gym and the OR.     Ha! Funny! I'm sure they don't waste time going through testing acquired personnel. JNJ doesn't do that. I'm sure with all of the blow going around at SYK, a little cush wouldn't break the bank. Blaze on!

    Our distributor was acquired by Corporate. We were selling strictly either trauma or recon lines. We had to do full background checks, piss tests and all to be hired directly to Stryker. Don't live in a State where weed is legal, so that may change things for you.
