Lu's pipeline product targets 5-ht6 receptors. Pfizer had a product that also targeted the same receptor but has chosen to shelve it. Not sure why. Could be because it doesn't work, it might work but can't make significant money on it, would be third to market so didn't want to create another me too...etc. axovant is another company also producing a similar product. They are behind Lu product in development.
