What's with the Area Managers? Absent, clueless! At least in the West. Can't imagine why locations are struggling. Upper management needs to open their eyes!
I'm sure we've all been through good and bad AMs. I'm fortunate enough to have a great AM here in the east.
In my part of the east the AM is pitiful. There was a good lcm who would've been a very good AM, but Rotech let her go. Such is the story of Rotech.
Don't like your AM? No problem just wait a few weeks they will either quit, get canned or Rotech will realign and you will get a brand new one to ignore.
