Are most Lundbeck reps making $120K?

$15 and hour, a bus pass and a free lunch twice a week.

 

$95K, and NO SIGNING BONUS! Know 2 people that are at $110k, one with a $10k signing bonus and the other $12K. And they wonder why turnover is increasing, and people are pissed. Add on the primary address debacle, the data debacle, etc., etc., etc., and you have a situation that we didn't think would exist within our "culture".

 

$86 and no signing bonus.

I don't make 120. I've been here 5 years. No one hardly makes 120 in the psych force.

 

Haha. I been here 7 years and make 52k but I get free lunches and an occasional afternoon treat from one of my hottie nurses.

 

Fair share do make 120k.

 

I make $123. They are LYING if they say they won't pay it.

Huge discrepancies exist between sales rep's salaries. This only furthers resentment against the company. 2015 will be the year of turnover for Lundbeck.

 

Glad to see you are catching on. No loyalty I pharma. Gotta jump jobs to get paid the top dollar.

 

I went back and forth three times with manager and HR and they finally came up to 115. The first offer was 109.

You must have been a better negotiator then me becuase they would'nt go to 120.

Congrats to those that are making 125. You deserve as much as you can get!
