Well, it is kind of funny because of Patel being like Smith .... BUT

the D & A pharmacy, aka DHAM, Inc, looks to be another captive pharmacy

http://npiprofile.com/npi/1700917929 the official name associated with that little pharmacy was: Authorized Official Name: MRU PATEL RPH

So ANOTHER Patel for all of the bronte pharmacies on that particular list.

BUT WAIT, there's more. If you check the Florida people on file for it, although there is no NPI number for Jamie Fleming for this pharmacy, he is indeed listed:

So once again, another James Fleming and a Patel tie to one of these "hidden" mom and pop pharmacies. This I presume is the same James Fleming that some poster on this board said was the controller at Philidor whose box was packed with boxes... Oh, and DHAM, Inc. also has a funky Plainfield NJ address as well?
