No less than 11 U.S. Whistle blowers in court system all under seal, but now 10 as one just settled.
Nvs in serious begging to U.S. Not to take Fed reimbursement away.
Last meeting not good, talk of no deal AND they are going after criminal charges against company with civil fines.

Talk is they're setting aside 3-5 billions to settle, but more worried about ban on the drugs being reimbursed, which is 6-8 billion per year.

Idea is being considered to eliminate all but handful reps and go with technology.
Much too liability.
