Look at the performance of the company and use your brain. How many people have double reps working the same customers. It is a shitshow where reps are driving around aimlessly for about 20 hours a week doing next to nothing. It is a joke and won't last. Denial is a very powerful force. By October the pink slips will probably start flying along with the early snow.

News about the clinical trials and managers? I hear the trials will soon be outsourced. Not to mention all supporting roles -- monitors and data management. Honestly some of these roles seem very lax in their day to day activity anyway.

 

Yes it will downsize Nov or first of year

 

Outsource to India. That's the Novartis way.

 

Clinical supporting roles outsourced, yes.

 

I hear it will be a large overhaul. the six hour work day will be missed.

Can someone explain to me how outsourcing jobs to India makes for better service to our customers?

 

The sense is getting rid of lazy people, not geography. I sit by them and a few, especially one, is a campus troller. Have you seen him? Hes everywhere. This tall creepy guy, half the time with his girlfriend who 9 out of 10 times is in a dress and he is in his shades, might as well be the Alcon mascot with the amount of time he spends not working. Glance out the window when you are hard at work and he will be out there on a stroll.

 

It pisses me off that I know who you are talking about!

 

Hell I have seen this guy myself! Outstanding!

 

A co-worker pointed this guy out last week! Who cares. It is only a matter of time before these clinical roles are dissolved. Trolls will play until the last day.

 

Hopefully the customer will come first ... Hopefully.
