I find this an amusing post - there are scores of pages devoted to the whinging Americans - page after page after page. At least we have one thread even if it is 38 pages long. There is a reason why this thread is so long - the place has been dismantled. First by the Americans and then by region Asia.

And mark it to the attention of the HR department. They must be crying in shame to allow the management to remain where all they do is cause division and toxicity

 

HR is a big part of the problem and they feel no shame.
Did you ever see an HR person in a meeting before Novartis took over?
Now there's someone from HR in every single meeting.
Always watching, always judging. Always pushing the big agenda.

 

Don't forget they are always there to protect Brett from his sexual misconduct with multiple staff, bullying and intimidation.

 

HR is the start of all these BS, poor governance, no transparency@!!!!!

 

He isn't the only protected species when it comes to sexual misconduct. RS has been getting away with it for years

No need to be rude! was just asking as surely VC and Pharma cant be all roses?

 

Perhaps it's because pharma and VC is so bland. VC is just retail sales where pharma are like robots reciting the same scripted message over and over again. Neither are allowed to think nor have an individual opinion

 

VC are fighting like cats and dogs and Pharma is going well. New direction and new members that are growing the business.
