HR has been Pathetic for years.....They have been only couriers for Upper management who do ot add any value. too slimy to be held..... one enjoys her so called business trip to countries showing all the great time she had including food had in star hotels and some others who are entrenched in Area/countries like Asia , India. Australia,China, Korea etc who nothing but play behind the back of employees and make their life miserable.... NO originality no concern for employees , only safe guarding their backs... How can things ever change in Novartis!!!

Hahahah.. its like the saying that repeat a lie so often that it ultiimately becomes truth!!! HR in INdia is an expert in lying as people in INdia know... Just sying HR India is the best does not make it so!!!.. so many people in INdia are disgruntled.....Keep blowing smoke in people's eyes....
Couldn't agree more with you but my feeling is the original poster when he claims the best tag for HR India either was being sarcastic or must be posted by one of our HR cronies
Wooh Good news for Thailand and the region!!! Jimmy K finally jumped ship to a company in Singapore!!! Just shows he was never committed to Alcon and team except for himself and of course has taken his lies and sychophancy to a new zone!!!. Thailand is relieved and so are some of the people who have worked with him,...Good riddance in Asia!!!
Well said, but no body so far said about the EVO and evil team story- how many knows that most EVO brought into Asia are his class mates ! AJ, AK etc etc. all same useless as himself.and this Juan, what a joke he is. it is MB' mistake, he knows all whats going on in Asia, but not doing anything.
