Mike Ball if you are serious about operating alcon like a device company please do what you did with Riad, send him back to pharma where he belongs.... after a year in the role the only customer interaction he had is at APAO ? and the greatest insight he walked away with is cutting a hole in the OR ceiling to fit our equipment and then he calls it our design problem.... Wow. And I am not joking here this is what he sends out in communication to the whole team. If this is the quality of customer interactions we will have with KOLs with Alcon leadership I am sure competitors would be laughing their asses out !!! If anybody watched the leadership webcast in march you would know what a circus is running in asia. with the entire asia leader team not a single asian except vik who is leaving, not a single alcon leader... even the communication lady is a Caucasian, she is altogether a different kind of manipulator as well... and i didn't get one thing out of that 4 hours except seeing that RL and open ass desperately wanted some stage time and trying to show that they turned around Asia. The only decent guy was frank brown and if you think of it he is actually old alcon but maybe i shouldn't say this for his own safety... The fact is they have no clue on what is happening in asia what they call a turn around is just an eyewash. Get one guy who knows surgical and he will tear their story apart... But it seems nvs has a criteria on hiring people who shouldn't be smarter than their bosses as a result we have a chain of idiots
Looks like the fire has caught up the asses of all the leaders in the team and everyone is searching someone to pass the monkey to!!!!.. Looks like the typical approach of EX RA suckers to bring this out... Like CW, SK,JK, ST..... etc This seems more like SK rant who is a specialist in creating the behind the back dialogue of his bosses..............ASIA is doomed!!!!
