alcon asia very easy to fix just change all GMs, CFOs and BUMs to non RA cronies and all will fall into place
Little chance this will happen as even the people around EVO and RL including most of the regional team are RA cronies. working in harmony with the RA GMs, CFOs and BUMs in the markets to prevent JG, EVO and RL from finding out the real situation and keep their jobs. Alcon Asia should get an award from Greenpeace... lots of recycling going on... same people and expecting a rapid turnaround in 2016? Good-luck! We will need tons of it!
RA hired robots, his robots hired robots and they hired robots. RA is gone but his robots continue to do what RA programmed them to do... sell at all cost... sell... sell... sell...sell...forget about ethics... damn the P&L... forget about tomorrow... pretend we care about compliance... circumvent it when no one is looking... but for god's sake sell... sell... sell... who cares if the customer cannot possibly comply with the EFA? so what if we accumulate a lot of bad debt? but sell... sell... sell... and the robots continue to obey even when their master is long gone... KM you need to realize than novartis is a much bigger business than a bakery shop in Chennai. Customers still remember him from the time he serviced their lasers to the time he became a GM. What did you do - ruin Bombay business, ruin Maharashtra business, ruin Bangladesh business and come back to India and ruin surgical business. So you have no credentials even to understand what good performance is. And for rest of SK haters SVI, Dil J, MF, Vivek, mohit or the pharma boys this is for you also... all of you were either fired from the company for non performance or compliance or were demoted to a clerical position in fort worth so you should know your place and worthlessness
Sorry JK for hitting the raw nerve of yours. Your loyalty to SK is commendable unfortunately its of no use to tell you that SK lead Alcon India to a point of no return. You won't be able to comprehend the kind of mess we are in and I can say this confidently for Pharma and Vision care also. Just talk to any of the pharma manager and he will tell you what kind of dark future everyone is seeing. Believe me every one is blaming sk.'s leadership failure.

It looks like you have touched the raw wound of SK and JK .. what a Rhyme!!!.... of the mess they are in... now that they have to answer for all the mess and of course major being SK.... while the names of the haters can all be listed as it is the fear of uright people in dishonest that instills fear... DIL's integrity was never questioned was one of the leaders to stand upto question RAs and his cronies policies and style of working . so was SVI ....KM also was known for his high intergity which i do not think anyone in Alcon India can match or even dream of.....it was also known that SK used to be the money carrier for some of the key surgeons in RPC .. Its so touching to see SK cronies talking about integrity. We all have seen the boot licking of JZ which SK did and thats why he is in this position today. Its also touching to see people like JK calling this huge pile of shit as performance. We really cant blame you dumbass.
