"Platinum" if you made to, or got bridged to, 55, before you got "downsized" 3. "Gold" if you chose retirement (Option A) over a PIP (Option B) 4. "Silver" if you chose Option B and were PIP'd out? 5. "Bronze" if they got you before 55 by suddenly discovering a termination offense, like missing a training module, or accidentally have a Twinkie on your gas receipt
