The base salary range is between $90 and $120k for the lowest level sales rep at ADC. Actual will depend on the geography (cost of living), your experience, and what they have to spend at the time you are hired (there may be pressure to stay at the bottom end of the range). ADC tries to keep salary ranges secret because there are people under the range for their job, and if they found out they would want to be brought up to the minimum. There are also people over the range. If that got out, there are people who have been told they can't get a raise because they are at or near the maximum who would be upset as well.

I call BS. No way base pay range is that high. Just a few years ago range was in 70s. Median range is low 80s. Save the BS.

Define "a few": do you mean 10, 15 years ago, when you were here? "Median" means average: if we started someone out at $80K, it would be the lowest salary, for an inexperienced rep, in a very low cost of living index market. We easily pay well over $100K for a good rep in an above average cost of living market; we'll go to the high end for someone with the right experience.

Here's some free advice that your father gave you, but you seem to have forgotten:

“It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt” Mark Twain

Put your money where your mouth is dumb ass! Post some realistic numbers instead of running your mouth while providing no real info. What a fucktard.

Ah, looks like Management has shown up to comment ... always easy to detect them via their professional decorum. They're even more entertaining live and in person... but sit as far back as possible; they spit.

Somebody already did. You just don't like the answer. Sounds like you may be a current or former ADC rep, and you're PO'd to learn on CP that you're salary is below the range. Or you're in some other department, and your wittle feeling are hurt to that Sales pays better. Instead of whining here like a 2 year old, grow a pair an confront your manager.

Damn straight I'm pissed. I make 47,700 and have sold more meters than any of you sorry piss ants. I can out sell you in my sleep.

Sorry dude. But its different today: you didn't go to college and have loans to pay. Oh and you forgot that we don't "sell" anything; we're delivery boys, pizza, sandwiches, and meters. Look at it this way: how many pizza delivery boys make $47K per year, plus get a free car to drive around, a few grand in bonus, and good bene's? Because with your background, you're living sweet, dude.
