Lieutenant Leeds was a born leader.

So what you're saying is we should all stand up at the next meeting and tell Duncan the truth? Do we then recommend he lays off the entire sales force, or just give him a minute to draw that conclusion on his own?

Is ADC still on target for the Libre expansion late summer/early fall?

Miles has a history of fumbling the ball with ADC. He made a huge mistake on BGM, overpaid for the two companies he bought, but that does not make him a fool. He is not going to invest any real money in ADC. We are going through the motions on FDA application for Libre, but use your head: we know already there is no market. He also knows where this is going, and knows that Abbott is not just on the outside looking in: Abbott doesn't even know where the fence is to look from. The companies working in the next generation are the up and coming Bill Gates and Steve Jobs of the future, and they would see, if they looked, ADC as the IBM mainframe computer guys of the 70's. Libre boy dreams of big things but it's nothing more than a far fetched tail.

Have faith in your ultimate leader, Dunky! He has turned ADC into the envy of all meter companies.

Yes! Finally, FINALLY, someone comes out and speaks the TRUTH!!! This has all been part of Duncan's master plan: the declining $ sales, falling market share, lost bids, lay offs, rumors of Miles selling ADC, Libre's problems in the EU. These are all part of the DECEPTION plan, BRILLIANTLY conceived and executed by Duncan!

NOW we are ready to POUNCE, while the competition, the Pharma industry, and the Diabetes community, have all written ADC off as losers, dead, last decade's news. NOT TRUE!!

Duncan is ready now for the counter offensive, lead by the uber-system: the REAL CGM product. Libra is a decoy!

Apple, Samsung, Nike, Sony, Dexcom, Medtronics, all those who dismissed him, turned him down for jobs, colleges, etc, ALL OF YOU who dissed Duncan, are about to get READ!!!

No no... You are wrong..... Dunky is a board member and a client of "Members Only." He is loyal to the ADC and Members Only brands and dresses to kill in his MO attire.

Remember the ADC Lions! Once a Lion always a Lion!

This reference was one of Dunky's dumbest tactics ever. This is not some college football team and frankly ALL reps are relieved when they get their get out of jail card to leave ADC. I remember the meeting when Dunky tried using this Lion metaphor to describe ADC. Dumb just plain dumb!

No, you are dumb. Dumb! DUMB!! I am one of Duncan's proud lions, hear me roar all the way from my house in NH. How can you be so critical of the man; no, the GOD, who created single handily the greatest story in BGM, maybe all Pharma. Miles worships Duncan. Look at the facts: ADC has had year over year growth for over a decade, and for all that time has maintained market share dominance in the USA. Freestyle of the #1 preferred meter on all Plans, and the meter nearly all doctors insist upon for their patients. Pharmacies can't keep it in the shelf. Why do you think that is?!?!? DUNCAN!!!

Duncan rocks! ADC kicked J&J, Bayer and Roche's A$$'s. We won! All thanks to Duncan! We can all thank Duncan for our jobs: ADC had never had layoff under Duncan's leadership. And now Libre, the revolution in diabetes care, is about to take the USA by storm. We will be the hero's of diabetes! We'll be able to walk into any office and command instant attention and respect. I can't wait!

If you have to ask, then you're not one of the "selected". ADC does not rely on normal methods to find new sales winners. No recruiters, applications, etc. WE will seek YOU out. ADC has close relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers, and they typically tell us who they recommend due to their outstanding performance in the market. That's how ADC identifies the best talent. THEN we do careful behind the scenes screening for reputation, integrity, work ethic, etc. Only then will we approach a prospect. Then comes interviews and further screening to determine fit to the "ADC way". There are many tests; few are chosen. It's same to say the vast majority of pharma reps from second rate companies like J&J, Novartis, etc, would never even be considered. Even within Abbott, we are just as selective, and very very few can make the grade at ADC.

WTH just answer the simple question of salary range.

+1!!! These idiots asking dumb questions: "What's the salary range", "what kind of company car", "what are the benefits".

If they knew anything about ADC at all, they'd know you don't apply; you get selected. Only if you are chosen do you find out the answers to these questions.

If you only knew, you'd cry and beat the ground at all you're not going to get. ADC sales reps are on par compensation wise with directors and VP's at other companies, and even within Abbott.
