Larry coming over from Bayer to run ADC is a power move by Miles. Pieces are set now for our future success.

Yes, Bayer was so successful they sold their BGM business to Panasonic, and elected to not take the senior leadership team along.

That may be true, but still Bayer maintained a #3 market share, while ADC's occasional best was a distant #4.

Let's not forget Bayer branded their products exceptionally well. "Glucometer" widely used by physicians when referring to meters came straight from Bayer.

Come on son try to be somewhat in touch with reality on here. I mean you can say anything you want on here and look stupid in the process. Fact of the matter is Bayer ran circles around Freestyle for many years. You may not like that fact but it's reality.

Gluco meters were a 3 horse race and ADC ran a consistent 4th. Lol

Steve Leeds still around? Remember him at the Peabody following Schilkhe Pharma industrt around like a doggie on a leash.. The pharma industry is so screwed up for hiring do-nothing sales people who pretend to be smart. I want trump to win the election but wouldn't mind if Hillary wins and taxes the crap out of big pharma. this way, layoffs would happen and all the meter maids will be fired. hahahhaha. Your job isnt real. delivering meters like a fed ex guy isnt a job. how can you call this a career?

Why would she tax big pharma? You don't bite the hand that feeds you. Trump, on the other hand, IF he rolled back Obamacare, and IF he is the real deal and wants to "Make America Great" again (i.e. if he's capitalist), COULD as a by product see changes to how pharma goes to market. But if you REALLY want to see pharma reps on the unemployment lines, then vote for Bernie. However, you may also feel the Burne too, if you have a job, or have a nice 401k.

Well, you have to think more far ranging than that.. Bernie's war on capitalism is in effect a declaration of war on business. He is also an open border advocate, meaning nothing will be done to stem the invasion of illegals. The net result will be more and bigger government, and an exodus of businesses and jobs. Paying for all this will drive higher taxes for all (who work).

I believe it was Margret Thatcher that said "Socialism is great ... until you run out of other people's money".

Perhaps the only good thing we can say about Bernie's vision of socialism is he won't be ruthless or brutal, like a Castro or Stalin. No "re-education camps". However, power does corrupt. And there is the next generation to consider ...
